The Hotel is nice, very well located, then there are abysmal disproportions, you choose the most expensive room for the hotel if it is a significant value $40 which they offer you with parking included, what you find out later is that: 1) Parking is only until 8am, in fact they made me take the car out at 6am (uncomfortable), 2) The water runs out all the time, and when there is water the pressure is irregular, 3) the room has a Jacuzzi and when you ask to use it they ask for an additional $20. With that background, paying $60 is already a 3 or 4 star hotel for the location and sector and it is very large for the services it offers. I recommend it, but don't spend so much, ask for the simple executive and book through Booking, which is much cheaper than if you do it directly

Hotel with basic amenities in a quiet and commercial area, near the restaurant area. They have several options for group and individual rooms, all with Wi-Fi service, cable television, air conditioning, hot water with breakfast included, and parking. Striking because in the executive rooms they have Alexa with smart devices such as lighting.

It is an accessible option if you are passing through Portoviejo. The rooms are small, clean with everything in order, they have air conditioning, hot water... missing a closet or something to help you organize the clothes you are wearing... .. .. it becomes somewhat uncomfortable if you go with children. The service was pleasant, they were attentive at all times, they provided the service of storing the vehicle in the garage. Breakfast was a pleasant moment, it was what surprised me the most... with the Manabita essence of roasted greens with peanuts and their salpreita. They are located near the center. I think they could improve by providing more amenities in the room, making your stay more pleasant.

Attention from all workers 100/10, super friendly and attentive. The location is very good, you can walk 5 minutes to the Portoviejo cathedral and find everything. The comfortable rooms. As an observation: -Rooms on the ground floor would be very good for people who cannot easily climb stairs. -Breakfast could be made standard for all tastes, for example a basket with mini breads, jam and butter.
